MLB the Show 19 developer San Diego Studios released a new trailer for the March 26 PS4 title, teasing new wrinkles for the game's modes. Amidst the trailer's quick cuts of heroic baseball moments are sprinkled in some teases of changes to the game's various modes. For Road to the Show this includes training minigames, inherent player strengths/weaknesses affecting progression through last year's archetypes, a tiered perks tree, selectable in-game dynamic challenges for attribute growth, and more.

As expected, Road to the Show has also seen various improvements including a new bus (and plane), a bedroom where you can create your player from scratch and retooled archetypes. These were all briefly shown at the beginning of the trailer. New to Road to the Show in MLB The Show 19 is personality growth and relationships, both of which “will play a key role in your experience.” There’s also an all-new “dynamic challenge” in-game feature, but we’ll have to wait to hear more about that.

Another reason is that Sony San Diego will update Moments with new content based on the 2019 MLB season, as well as additional historical moments. The entire package sounds like it could offer a lot to anyone who’s familiar with baseball history, but we’ll have to see when MLB The Show 19 launches March 26 on PlayStation 4. Finally, to enjoy all the features in the game, players can Buy MLB The Show 19 Stubs from Mmocs at a reasonable price. Best and Cheapest MLB The Show 19 Stubs For Sale - Mmocs.com.

As you might expect, the heart of MLB 19’s Moments mode comprises a collection of memorable plays from baseball history. Sony San Diego’s idea is to focus them around reliving the careers of specific MLB greats past and present. You might play an indelible baseball moment like The Catch (as seen in MLB 19’s first gameplay trailer earlier this month), but there will also be other standout moments from Willie Mays’ career to contextualize everything.

On top of this, there's plenty of new Legends that are being added for this year's iteration of the game. Jimmie Foxx was revealed in the livestream above as a new Legend, as was catcher Ivan Rodriguez, but the San Diego devs are set to add over 30 new legends for MLB The Show 19, which marks the most Legends added to the game in a single year. Towards the end of February, a few new Legends were revealed to be joining MLB The Show 19 in April. Jason Kendall and Rob Dibble have just been confirmed for the game, as well as outfielder Andruw Johns, and Cliff Lee.

MLB The Show 19, which launches on March 26, will be available in a Standard Edition ($60 USD) and a Gone Yard Edition ($100) that is exclusive to GameStop and EB Games. It comes with a New Era baseball snap back cap, a copy of the game, in-game extras, and more. A $100 Digital Deluxe edition will also be available; some of its extras include an allotment of Stubs, custom avatars, and more. An MVP Edition ($70), meanwhile, includes a series of digital extras and a steelbook case if you're picking up the physical edition. Everyone who pre-orders any edition of MLB The Show 19 gets extra in-game digital content.
